Events

All year round, there is something going on in Hadrian's Wall Country. From the moment the New Year is ushered in by the "guysers" in Allendale, a full programme of events awaits the visitor. The summer brings a wealth of events of all sorts, as the area celebrates the season, not least the agricultural shows where the local farmers compete and celebrate in equal measure.
